Edwin-Scharff-Haus

Centrally located, directly on the Danube and architecturally award-winning: the Edwin Scharff House offers a unique combination of location, facilities and atmosphere. The listed building from the 1970s impresses with its timeless exposed concrete architecture, stylish wooden elements and generous window fronts. With a green park and beautiful views of the Danube and Ulm Minster, the event location has a unique idyllic setting, yet is only a few minutes' walk from the city centre.
Organisers have two halls at their disposal, with up to 837 and 292 seats respectively. There are also six seminar rooms for 15 to 100 people – ideal for meetings and conferences. For exhibitions and trade fairs, the Edwin Scharff House offers light-flooded foyers with up to 1,500 m² of exhibition space. All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology: the latest sound systems, programmable LED lighting, integrated streaming technology, projectors for large projections and high-speed cable internet.

Getting here is easy thanks to the direct proximity to the A7 and A8 motorways and the ICE train station in Ulm. Over 300 car parking spaces and three bus parking spaces directly at the building, as well as a dedicated delivery zone with ramps, a stage lift and a logistics area ensure smooth operations. Sustainable solutions – from energy-efficient technology to an in-house repair workshop – make the ESH a modern and responsible location. Whether for concerts, exhibitions, congresses, trade fairs or municipal events, the ESH offers a wide range of options for sophisticated events of all kinds.
