VFX Studios

Space for your ideas – in the creative heart of Ulm.

Are you looking for an inspiring venue with a special vibe, a far cry from traditional conference rooms? VFX Studios Ulm offers you a unique, creative space concept – right where professional film and sound productions are usually created. Our modern studio combines industrial charm with professional equipment, creating an unrivalled atmosphere for your guests.

In a light-filled event space of 140 square metres, up to 99 people can find the perfect setting for productive work and relaxed networking, depending on the seating arrangement. The large, bespoke wooden bar forms the communicative heart of the space. Directly adjacent is our fully equipped kitchen, which gives you complete freedom: whether for professional external catering, relaxed break snacks or interactive cooking events.
Thanks to completely flexible seating, an inviting lounge area and a customisable lighting concept, the space can be tailored precisely to your event format. We make no compromises on technology either: seamlessly integrated high-end presentation technology featuring a powerful projector, a large retractable screen and a brilliant-sounding PA system.
