This quote from the current restaurant guide 2019 arouses our curiosity. Neumaiers Hirsch has been around since 1897. The brewing tradition dating back many years was discontinued in 1963, and very recently revived in 2017. Conference guests in Neumaiers Hirsch are once again indulged with home-brewed beer from the in-house creative brewery!

The generously sized hotel with its 30 rooms and newly designed conference and event spaces, provide a very special setting not only for events but also for company corporate functions, seminars and conventions. Two flexible walls enable the ballroom with stage to be divided into three conference rooms. There are other conference rooms available, too.

The rustically furnished festival barn is lovingly decorated with historical showpieces, forming a unique atmosphere for creative seminars. This is complemented by premium quality cuisine skilfully and carefully prepared by Robert Neumaier. “Only the freshest ingredients are served. Focus is placed on traditional cooking, which is jazzed up with a few tricks of the trade.
